After the success of the first album, Rancho Humilde brought me back to work with the band Movida Distinta to create a distinctive album cover for their debut release. The design concept revolved around their hit single "Desde El 206". The '206' typography began as a tattoo I had the honor of inking on the main vocalist, a process that was filmed and transformed into a promotional video for the album. The cover illustration portrays a city enveloped in smoke, featuring Santeria beads and emblems hanging off the iconic Space Needle in Seattle. This vivid depiction serves to celebrate the vibrant Mexican pop culture influence within the area, reflecting the band's distinctive musical flair.
